Dennis and Sherry Schunemann of Ijamsville, MD got their Hot Spring Sovereign in 2007. They had a perfect spot outside to put a “spa room”. We delivered the hot tub and the room was built around it. Almost twenty-five years ago, Dianne and Mike McCune purchased their first hot tub from Hot Spring Spa of Washington. I'm 90 but I Feel Young!
Gertrude Morse of Garrett Park, MD bought her Hot Spot hot tub from us 8 years ago. Gertrude is 90 years old but swears that her hot tub has kept her young! “I get in my hot tub everyday. I cannot live without it! I do exercises and meditation in my spa. I love to dance and stay active. I feel so young...it’s hard to explain, but, it’s the hot tub!” When her husband first bought the hot tub, she couldn’t imagine using it especially because she couldn’t get into the spa easily. “Your serviceman, David Mikanga, was here and he was patient and spent a lot of time showing me how to get in and out of the hot tub. David told us the story that over 10 years ago, when they wanted to purchase a hot tub, they did all the research and found that Hot Spring Spas were the best brand. David comments, “I couldn’t justify the price so I bought a hot tub from someone selling them from his garage. It did last but i did all the repairs myself. So, 5 months ago, I went shopping again, went into the Fairfax location of Hot Spring Spas and talked to the salesman, John Homan. I loved the spas, but again wondered about the cost. I decided to buy one from one of the “Big Box” stores instead. The hot tub had many problems, many service calls, and the motors sounded like they were running constantly (that would explain my high electric bill). As I was standing in the Return Line, I struck up a conversation with the man behind me. Gregory and Christine Constantios bought their house in The Kentlands, MD in 1999 and inherited with the house a Hot Spring

Amy and Tom Drolet of Boyds, MD bought their Hot Spring Envoy 3
years ago. When they moved to a new house they were faced with the question, what should we do

Tom Buerger and Ralph Segar have a condo
with a roof-top patio overlooking the Capital in Washington D.C. They talked to neighbors Phyllis
Brunson and Tony Burl about everyone getting hot tubs for their rooftops. Ralph did all the research
