Hot Tub and Sauna Downpayments
A downpayment is refundable up to three days from the time of the sale, provided the hot tub or sauna has not been factory ordered or delivered.
There are no returns on any electrical items. All other returns must be in the original packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any items that are special ordered or brought in for a specific customer, cannot be returned. These items must be paid for within 90 days of the order or at the time of the delivery, whichever comes first.
Service call cancellations
If you need to cancel or postpone a service appointment, call our office and speak with our service manager. We do not accept phone message cancellations. If we arrive at your site to perform the service, the normal service charges will apply.
Paying for your hot tub or sauna
If you pay for the hot tub or sauna with a check or credit card and the check or credit card do not “go through” for any reason, you will need to use another method of payment.
