Exclusive Insulated Cover — Each spa comes with a custom-fit cover that forms a tight seal. It's made of durable marine-grade vinyl with 2 or 1.5 lb foam insulation, and is tapered for water run-off. Hot Spring Spas recently hired a third-party research firm to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey of Hot Spring owners. Listed below are some notable findings.
82% of owners reported that they were "very satisfied" with the appearance and quality of their Hot Spring Spa.
79% of owners reported that they were "very satisfied" with their spa's ease of use.
75% of owners agree that their life feels less stressful and more relaxing overall since they have owned their spa.
70% of owners indicated they would be "very likely" to purchase another Hot Spring Spa, and 80% said they were very likely to recommend a Hot Spring spa to others.
67% of Hot Spring Spa owners reported that their spa has been more enjoyable/relaxing and comfortable than expected. Owners also mentioned that the spa has been reliable and easy to use and are using the spa more often than expected.
86% of owners use their spa to relieve/reduce muscle soreness/stiffness, 73% use their spa for back pain relief
and 72% for stress reduction.
